Jim Vetter Photography proudly presents the wedding experience of Shab & Joe!
The night before their wedding, my friends Shab and Joe had a fantastic rehearsal party at Wingtip in downtown San Francisco. Wingtip has a beautiful private club on the penthouse level of the building. Their guests enjoyed great live music, killer wines, and hand-rolled cigars.
The wedding ceremony was held the next day with the ceremony at San Francisco City Hall. It was attended by family and a handful of close friends. They took their vows on the top level balcony. This is my favorite spot in City Hall because the light is so beautiful.
Shab made her entrance to the reception by marching up the street with a New Orleans jazz band called Brass Monkey! It was the most fun I’ve ever seen in a grand entrance. Shab’s friends and family joined her for the procession.
Bimbos 365 Club has been around since 1931 and has seen a lot over the years. What it saw on February 20th, 2016 was a once in a lifetime celebration of friends and family with great music, delicious food from Taste Catering, and incredible dance performances.
The DJ was the one and only Mancub of Space Cowboys fame. He kept the music to the high standards of this eclectic audience. The Duniya Dance and Drum Company was so entertaining! If you’ve never seen this kind of dance, you will be in for a treat. You help but smile as you watch them. They do it with such joy.
Shab and Joe wanted to throw a party that gave them the opportunity to cut loose with their friends. They simply wanted to have fun and make it all about the celebration with the people they love. They certainly succeeded!
